The challenge in creating this logo was the client wanted it to have depth and yet still be a native vector Adobe Illustrator file. I love how this turned out, pushing the limits of what a vector file can be. I've included the outline view as well, to show how Adobe Illustrator works.
InDesign is where you combine all the Photoshop and Illustrator files you've created and make a long document, such as sample pages from the 32-page booklet shown below, the 2024 Rock Creek Mountain Bike Guide. I designed this entire document, from the front cover photo montage using three separate photos, to the torn paper effect I created in Adobe Illustrator shown on the front cover and reinforced throughout the interior pages, as well as the grainy background images of each interior page to represent the dusty and dirty aspects of mountain biking. The client, Josh Bender, is a legend in the extreme downhill mountain biking community.
